Ability modifiers among rage, spells, and items

Alright,

Does the str (and con) gain from a barbarian's rage, stack with items like a belt of giant str +4, and/or spells like bull's strength (bear's endurance)

And also, do the item's stack with the spells (e.g. bull's strength stacking with a belt of giant strength + 4)

Rage bonuses do stack with all other bonuses, because they do not have a type. Item and spell bonuses do not stack with each other because they are both enhancement bonuses.
