So I was just pointing out a Rigger the other night, and was reading the Shadowrun 4th edition Arsenal book. On page 108 I found the following interesting vehicle:
Entertainment Systems Cyclops (Monocycle)
With the advent of advanced gyro stabilization, the motorized
monocycle—a wheel on which the rider sits astride—fi nally
became a feasible mass market product, though it is still in search
of a market for the moment. Entertainment Systems had hoped
that customers would graduate from their Papoose model to the
Cyclops, but its appearance is still seen as off -putting. Some use
it as a commuting vehicle (though it is a little too sporty to be
practical for that purpose) and it can be easily disassembled to be
stored in a locker room. Its electric drive doesn’t smell or leave
other traces that would upset others. It has excellent response,
though for go-gangers there just isn’t enough protection for the
inevitable fights they get into. Lately, a few security forces have
begun to employ the Cyclops for light patrol and urban use.
Okay...cool, its a monobike, gotta love the future and all those wacky ideas we have about it.
Then I read this article, linked off Yahoo news, just a few minutes ago:

Who knew that 2070 would arrive so soon. Man I love my motherland of Canada and all the wacky Canadian brothers and sisters that live there. Who wants to bet the kid has played Shadowrun?
