Planet Stories are also available through Chapters, but typically only on-line. I ordered the first 5 books that way, got at least a 20% discount and free shipping.

I tried to get my local Chapters (Ontario) to put them on the shelf. The Assistant Manager said they "can't"; that they had no control of what goes on the shelf, the publishers do. Obviously a load of crap. The Assistant Manager's suggestion? She thought I could order a few and then cancel the order after it arrived and they might then put them out. First, that's not my style; second, I don't think it makes Planet Stories attractive as a line to a bookstore if orders get cancelled. I was specifically doing it in-store rather than online to try and get the books noticed in a good way. So I ended up just ordering the books I wanted and next time I'll try the Manager.

Wow, way to go above and beyond to help spread the PS love! Thanks, Daeglin!
