So - I havn't read any of the planet stories. I'm planning on ordering some items soon and would like to have one or two in the shipment.

So - you avid PS readers.. what are the best that you've read and maybe a little bit of why to help me in my decision.

I'd go back to the first printed and work my way forward. I've enjoyed them all.

C.L. Moore and Leigh Brackett have the most contemporary feel and are my personal favorites.

Kutner is very interesting also.

If you are an avid gamer, this fiction strips the veneer off the early plot lines and aethetic structure of both Greyhawk and Blackmoor. You can see what fed Gygax and Arneson.
