Spire of Long Shadows

Something I've been thinking about, is what if the party wanted to go exploring. If they went to see what the Spire was all about, what would be the best way to present it? As written in AoW? Substitute Nightfang Spire? Or just come up with it whole cloth? Anyone have experience with this?

That is a good question.

I plan on tying all three APs together in the same general location so if my party feels like exploring more, knowing them they will, I'll just pull the writeup from Age of Worms. This will help bring it together more later, in the other APs.

Dark Archive

Theres no reason that you could not run the Spire like its laid out in the AoW AP. The environs around the spire and the creatures that live there could easily keep a group of adventurers busy, while the actual spire itself is sure to give them a hurting (since AoW PCs are usually ready for undead by the time they reach here, but SC PCs won't really be). However, they are not the "chosen ones" so none of the visions or prophecy will be revealed to them.

I also have players interested in exploring the Spire. Which dungeon magazine is the Spire detailed in and what level should the characters be when they explore it? We're about halfway through Demonskar Legacy, and I expect my players will leave for Occipitus pretty much immediately, so I expect they'll be at least 11th or 12th level by the time they get a chance to explore.
