Help me, Customer Service Gurus, you're my only hope!
I just had a big batch of recent publications ship out to me (#901037), and so they've also hit my downloads. I've been able to personalize and download all of them except for "Classic Monsters Revisited," which has resisted all my attempts to personalize it. Therefore, I can't download it. All the other items in my downloads personalize just fine, though. Help!

Sorry for the inconvenience! My guess would be that we have a jump in site traffic with the release of so many subscription products this week, but only Vic and the Post Monster will know for sure.
