After Abadar, Lamashtu and Desna, I'm really looking forward to a nice, juicy writeup of a good kick-in-evil's door deity. Any timetable for a writeup of Iomedae, Serenrae, or Torag?
You unwittingly listed them in order that they'll probably happen, actually!
That said... while of the three you listed, Iomedae will get a big writeup first, that won't be appearing till after Pathfinder 19 at the earliest.
HOWEVER! There is still hope! We've got our Gods and Magic book scheduled for later in the year, and that'll have some cool deity stuff, I promise!

I was already planning on buying that one. I guess I'll just have to wait as patiently as I can for the others. Since it seems like you're doing about 2 deities per AP, who's next?
Cayden Cailean and Calistria are scheduled for Second Darkness, if I remember correctly. Zon Kuthon is the other one for Curse of the Crimson Throne

Correct. Cayden Cailean is more or less the most popular "good guy god" in Riddleport, and Calistria and her faith have some pretty important roles to play later on in the campaign.
We haven't yet revealed which two deities will go along with Adventure Path 4 or beyond.

Bloodpriest of Pharasma PrC. To "borrow" from MMO's, this should be a "lifetapper" class build: Do damage and return it to self/allies as heals. Fits in well, IMO, with Pharasma's MO.
