Just what the subject says. I see a list of email contacts, but am trying to figure out who I should send a 'customer feedback' type comment to regarding Pathfinder.
I think that's what the boards are for. The staff come on here a lot and respond to most of the posts.
If it's about a specific product then there's probably a relevant forum to pick.

Its really not something I feel like posting a thread about. I'd just like to let Paizo know about it.
As I understand things, Erik Mona is Publisher for both Modules and APs. James Jacobs is chief editor for the APs and Mike McArtor is the guy to go to about the modules.
If its a physical problem with the product, customer service is the one to go to - and you'll probably get fastest response by addressing it via a board post.

I guess it depends on what you mean by "Pathfinder." If it's the new Pathfinder RPG, maybe Jason Buhlman, the Lead Designer. Or if it's just about the Pathfinder product line generally, I'd say James Jacobs, the Editor-in-Chief. And lastly, if none of those work for you, Cosmo Eisele, who responds to most of the Customer Service questions on the boards.
