So which will be the final 3.5 Adventure Path

Second Darkness is definity 3.5.

Is the 4th EP 3.5 as well and the 5th AP is 3P?

Correct. Adventure Path 4 = 3.5. Adventure Path 5 = Pathfinder RPG. All should be cross-compatible, though.
