If you were going to make a book of all the 3.5 feats how would you like it organized?
Alphabetical by feat?
Alphabetical by book?
By category? (General, Tactical, etc...)

Please let me know.

Hypertext with all categories available and searchable.

I was thinking of a pdf file... and then probably printing it.
I'm not sure how to do a hypertext version. (Like what crystal keep does?)
