I've just purchased a mp3 download under this order number. It seems to download ok, I can personalise it but when I attempt to open the zip archive it gives the error listed above "the archive is either in unknown format or damaged".

You've uncovered a bug in our personalization code. The file is being copied to a place where you can download it, but its extension gets changed from ".mp3" to ".zip" in the process.

So for now the workaround is to rename the file from filename.zip to filename.mp3 and it should play fine.

And now I have a new bug to fix. Sorry for the inconvenience!
