Does anyone know where I can look for to see any post-market errata for MegaTraveller, specifically the ship creation section? I'd heard there was some floating around out there somewhere. And I'm hoping it is somewhere on the internet.

It was a seperate sheet that came in the box set. Most games at that time did this (and they almost all looked like some last-minute xerox).
They have an ongoing MegaTraveller errata project going on over at the Citizens of the Imperium (CotI) forums under "MegaTraveller" of course. The errata is downloadable, there are links for it there IIRC.

They cover pretty much all flavors of traveller there btw, Classic, MegaTraveller, TNE, T4, T20, as well as the new Mongoose and T5 sets, along with a lot of general discussion about the game / settings.
