You shipped my last order to me on 1/29/08. It's not here yet.

I love your folks products, but you HAVE to ditch the post office. They are pititful.

How much longer should I wait for my product?

Hi,

We shipped out your order on 1/25 and while the USPS estimates an arrival of 3-10 days, my experience says it's more like 20ish days. Please keep us posted on its arrival. If delivery time is a factor for you, then my advice is to upgrade to UPS for your next order. You'll also get tracking and $100 of insurance along with a faster delivery.

3-10 days would be acceptable. 20, as you can understand, is not.

I will use UPS in the future.

Yeah and I totally understand your frustration. The real killer is that some people actually get theirs in the 3-10 day span and it doesn't directly correlate to the receiver's proximity to our office. If that wasn't the case then we'd be more willing to increase the listed arrival dates. Unfortunately any time you're dealing with the USPS it's a crap-shoot as to when your shipment will arrive. Even their Priority Mail that's a guaranteed 3-day delivery has taken more than 10 days to reach some folks in the US. :(

Glad to hear that it showed up. Just be happy that you weren't the recipiant of the postcard in this article I found in the paper yesterday.

Your Pathfinder would have ended up in a museum!
