That's the "working" map for the area that Pathfinder and GameMastery modules take place in.
With that in mind, you need a coast and a river.
So I'd suggest that second river that ends at the Inner Sea. It doesn't have a coastal city at it's end. However, not knowing the politics of the city in the forest up river makes it hard to say how it'd effect continuity. :)

I've been wondering the same thing.
In particular, I was wondering if Curse of the Crimson Throne might work well as an Adventure Path for a Ptolus campaign and how much rewriting it would require.
I think placing it in Cheliax isn't necessarily a bad idea, but it should be far removed from the seat of power. As I recall, that gave Ptolus some autonomy in how it operated.

Ok 2 more options..
You could go all the way down to the bottom left of the map.. there are like 6 river offlets that merge into the sea.. but that's sooo far away from the rest of Pathfinder that it'd be difficult to include anything from the APs in Ptolus.
Another option would be to "erase" the Lands of the Linnorm Kings in the top left corner and put Ptolus on one of those two rivers. I think the far left river that has 2 forks into the ice cap might be the best option. *shrugs*
There isn't much on the map for you to put your own stuff though, so it's either erase stuff or pretend it's not part of Cheliax... even if it's really close.

Well there is one more option I didn't mention... but that's because he wanted Ptolus in Golarion.
Use the World Serpent Inn found in Dragon 351 and the Manual of the Planes web enhancement. The Inn could easily fit into Ptolus and be plopped into any of the major cities in Golarion you want to take advantage of.
A funny hook could have the Inn lead to one of the rooms in Pixie's Kitten and have the PCs walk into something scandalous. ;)
