This is limited to those in King County, sorry.
I put in a request to KCLS.ORG to get copies of WP: Races and Classes and WP: Worlds and Monsters. They came through and those are now available for holds. Mine are down at the library ready for pick up.
I.E. You can read them without having to pay directly to WOTC for them.
If anyone outside king county has a local library, you might see if they take requests as well. It's a great way to check out books, cd's, dvd's, etc. without having to resort to piracy. Then if you really like it, buy it outright.
