MIC use in Pathfinder?

Lost Omens Campaign Setting General Discussion

I noticed in some of the last Dungeon issues there were items from the MIC (Magic Item Compendium). All of the new magic items I recall in Pathfinder have used the DMG method of calculating cost and do not have a level for when a character should have them. Were the Pathfinder issues started before the latter issues of Dungeon? Can we expect to see some MIC items in Pathfinder?

I don't imagine they have the rights to use any of that stuff since the magazines ended. Unless it's srd, created by Paizo post-magazine, or 3rd party and used with agreement it's off the table now.

*nods* Magic Item Compendium isn't open content and Paizo can't use it. Dungeon was probably the exception since it in fact belonged to Wizards.

What ithuriel and SirUrza said. We don't have the license anymore. We can only use the SRD now.

Probably better off, then. Thanks.
