Sooo Bordersbooks will at least about to order Pathfinder starting with Crimson Throne, we'll have to wait and see if they're stocking it. Nothing Paizo comes up in the Waldenbooks store system, though Crimson Throne - Second Darkness can be ordered by Walden via BooksInPrint. No indication if Walden/Borders Express will ever stock Pathfinder.
So keep an eye on your local bookstores, you might see Pathfinder soon. :)

Not to sound like a negative nelly, but it all depends on how well your local Borders is doing, business wise. If it's considered a big store, you might see it, if not, maybe you're not so lucky.
I worked at one for ten years (on and off). The store was one of the bigger ones on Long Island, until they opened one up further east of our location. Our store took a hit, and we were reduced to a lower status. Less employess and OH NO!, a smaller role playing section! I saw a slew of small publishers titles get pulled, and nothing new came in to take their place. I'm sure they'll still be stocking the WotC books, so I'm not saying there won't be any dnd products on their shelves. And even if they don't stock them, you can always ask them to order you copies. If it's somthing that Borders suppliers carry, you should be sent to the store within a week. Also, if you sign up to their Rewards program, you usually get a nice coupon sent to your email once a week or so. Any where from 20% to 30% percent off.
I hope that didn't sound shillish. I have no love for Borders. I'd add to just order them direct from Paizo or your local friendly gaming store, but I know not everybody has one nearby.

And not everyone can or would shop for RPG product they can't see.
I live on Long Island myself and know a game store or two that just don't carry any of the d20 stuff unless asked anymore to get something because they have a surplus of d20 product that hasn't moved since 3.0 was new.
In any case, it's good for Paizo if Borders starts carrying their stuff, more exposure the better. :)
