I just wanted to express my general thanks for the Paizo store running what I consider a real class operation.
Detailed emails on the staus of my order, direct links that always work, and overall communication is important and valued. Sure, I was a little sad my Pathfinder #5 was waiting to ship with #6, but it's what I signed up for and I patiently waited. Got the links today, and everything works, again. NO frustration.
And back last year, when I had one single product arrive partially incomplete, a free replacement was rushed out to me on the other side of the country in time for my game day when I logged the snafu.
Overall I'm very pleased with the Paizo store.
