Ok, I figured out Dragotha had unholy toughness (and finally found it in his statblock), but what's the deal with Lashonna's hit points? I know vampiric dragons get +4 hp per HD, so they average 10.5 hp per HD, but she has 393, which is an average of 12.6 or so. I mean, technically, if she rolled HP, she could have more, but since most other monsters got average or max....I was wondering what system was used to figure her out.
I'm glad you guys take the initiative to give undead bonus hit points via unholy toughness or...unholy fortitude, is it in Pathfinder? I've already added unholy toughness to lots of templated undead for my games, without adjusting CR at all. Good to see others agree with it.

Her statblock probably includes the Desecration aura around Alhaster (all undead in Alhaster, among other things, get +2 HP/HD).
Holy blast from the past, Batman!
Two months with no answer were enough for me to give up on this for good, Are. Thanks for responding, that actually perfectly fits.
