HOHR: Need help with a template

Hi all,

I'm replacing the mindflayer's Drow minions with Yuan-ti and I need to add a mob template to a bunch of wretchlings. Problems is that I don't get how to apply the various changes (save for poison especially).

Can someone who really knows what they're doing with templates help me? Please?
