Is there any information, official or otherwise available on these two wizards who attained lichdom and so influenced Vorel Foxglove. If my PCs make their history checks and identify their images on the stained glass windows I was wondering what other bits of info, besides names, that I could throw at them. I can easily develop backgrounds for them, but just in case they should be 'cannon' and are tied to Golarions backstory... Where is Geb and Carrion Hill. Why was She a Harlot and what did He do to earn the name Butcher?

There's no more info about Arazni or Socorro yet. There will be eventually, though, since both of them are probably going to be mentioned now and then in adventures or Pathfinder Chronicles books. For now, a PC who makes a history check needs only know that these were famous spellcasters who became liches.
Some additional notes, though...
Geb is very far to the south. It's a nation ruled by a necromancer who became a ghost—Arazni is his lich queen, but her loyalty and love is split among numerous allies, earning her the nickname of "The Harlot of Geb."
Carrion Hill is a city in the nation of Ustilav, which is just east of the Hold of Belkzen (which is, itself, just east of Varisia). Socorro was probably a mass murderer or serial killer who, as part of his own route to lichdom, had to murder and sacrifice a lot of locals in gruesome and unique ways. Carrion Hill is itself a pretty rancid and nasty place... think of it as a landlocked version of the Styes (since it's the brainchild of Richard Pett, after all, and may someday feature in Pathfinder or a GameMastery adventure as an adventure site).

Thanks for posting such a quick responce James. Its amazing how much more developed Golarion feels with just those few bits of background info. Its apreciated and makes me feel part of a wider world...especially seeing as its midnight in a cold, wet and windy town on the north west lancashire coast in good old england.
