I'm looking to start up a gaming group in the Atlanta metro area. So far we have two people involved (both with DM experience), with another likely to join up in the summer. Anyone interested, including players with little to no experience, is welcome.
Meetings are likely to be once or twice a month on Saturdays, with one potential location in Midtown and another in Marietta.
Both of the people involved so far are interested in playing D&D, though I have books for a number of other games and would be up for playing just about any of them.

Bump.
My group in the ATL is already over full.
So sorry, I don't need new players or a new group. However, I suggest you check out Dr. No's in Marietta (on Canton Hwy at Blackwell Square). They had some gamers there looking for a group at D&D game day.
Also the wizards sites seem to have a better method for posting in their gamer connection area. You can search by location much much easier. I suggest you check them out.
Good luck!

EDIT: Another good place to look, since you mentioned midtown, is check out GA Tech. I had a second gaming group I joined while I was there. Go sit in the student center and play a game with your two people and see what kind of interest you gather.
