How would you incorporate races from the Complete books...most especially how would the Illumians fit into Golarion?

Put them in one of the many open undeveloped plots of lands and use the exact information in Complete for them. :)

We're adding Catfolk as a nearly extinct species roaming around the Cinderlands, constantly being taken as slaves by Orcs and others for using gladiatorial combats and other sport. Some (like my character for CotCT) have made it into cities like Korvosa as refugees/outcasts much like the Forlorn elves.
