I received my package on Saturday this past weekend and found that I received an extra copy of the Advanced players Manual instead of my Advanced Gamemaster guide.

Thank you for getting this straightened out. During the several years I've been dealing with Paizo, I've only had a few issues (this and not receiving an issue of Dragon via subscription) and both have been resolved quickly and most excellently. As someone whose job deals extensively with Customer Service (running a gas station/convenience store) I understand customer service. Ya'll have probably the best customer service I've seen from most any company I've had dealings with. Thanks and I love you guys!
