Okay, I've selected the new "only bill me once per month and bundle everything together" option. Now, here's my question:
When does this bill get charged to my account? In the middle of the month? At the end? Whenever everything I've ordered for the month is in the warehouse? Is there any way to set a specific date each month for this payment to be taken out? Thanks!
