Cure spells remain on the cleric spell list for a cleric that channels negative energy. Therefore, the cleric can still use wands and scrolls of cure spells. She just can't SPONTANEOUSLY cast them (without a few unusual feats, at least). Said cleric of Wee Jas must prepare cure spells to cast them from memory, but scrolls and wands are fair game regardless.

She absolutely can; she can still prepare and cast cure spells normally (in fact, she'd better do so, since she can't swap out other spells for healing), so she can certainly use scrolls and wands with ease.

Not a prob, we all have rules questions sometime. And my next character caused me to do a bit of research into this sort of thing anyway, so having James confirm never hurts the old ego!
