My brother came up with the idea for 3 racial cities...one for dwarves one for elves and one for halflings.
Dwarven Stronghold: Can only be built on a Mountain Hex. Costs 50 BP to establish this city. Allows for a mine to be built within this city at half cost. This city starts with +10 to the defensive rating.
All smiths, breweries, keeps, and taverns are half cost but do not reduce the costs of other buildings and cannot be further reduced. Defensive walls cannot be built as it is underground however the cave walls can be reinforced for the same price and benefit.
Elven Stronghold: Can only be built on a Forest hex. Costs 25 BP to establish this city. This city starts with a carpenter for free as part of building it.
All Aviaries, Fletchers, Herbalists, and weavers are half cost.
Halfling Shire: Can only be built on a Hilly Hex. Costs 20 BP to build. The hex can also have a farm despite the rules of farms hexes not having cities.
All Bakeries, Graneries, Mills, Houses, and Apiaries are half cost.
this is for those who have dwarves elves and halfling pc's who want to start a racial city of their own withing the campaign.

Seige Workshop: 20 BP +2 Loyalty +2 Stability. Reduces the buying cost and upkeep of all seige weapons by 1bp.
