Art seems to be discussed with every volume so I thought I'd get things started, since my opinion has changed.
Even though it's only the PDF, I'll have to say, I don't much care for the art for the Hook Mountain adventure. The half page pictures I liked a lot more from volume 1 and 2 then I do for volume 3. Clearly the artist has changed and I say yuck.
The monster "boss" pictures were excellent. I know the other npc portraits will distress some cause it's the same artist and style from volume 1.
Other art sections...
Keeping the Keep, I liked.
Varisia, I liked.
Journal, I liked.
Bestiary, was excellent.
Can't think of much else to say at the moment. :)

So I got the printed copy today.. 4 days shipping.. hmm wonder how long the 3-10 day option would actually take.. and my opinion on the art remains the same.

I sort of agree on the large art pieces in the adventure; I don't hate 'em but I do think that the scene art was better in Skinsaw.
I emphatically DO like the NPC & monster art tho...the picture of Shalelu Andosanna is the by far the best picture yet of her (and an excellent representation of what Golarion elves look like). The pic of Mammy Graul just makes the bile rise in my throat, as it should. The human art was in that blocky style, not bad but nothing great. I particularly loved the charging green troll, another example of Paizo "re-imagining" a monster, excellent job.
Overall, I think that this issue taken as a whole has the best art of all of them.

The gnome is very anime too me.
The whole line-up has the Pat Lee-esque Western comic book/manga hybrid look to it. All the while retaining that angular design the artist used in Pathfinder 1. I like it a lot better than said previous work, it's interesting. However, I'm curious why he seems to go to great pains to portray plate tectonics in each character he draws. :)

I sort of like the weird lines in his work. Some of them are cross-contour lines that help give his figures volume. Others just seem to be superfluous, but they are unique and, in my opinion, they make his work more interesting.
I don't know what his name is, but he's my second favorite Pathfinder artist so far after Wayne Reynolds.
BTW, I just got Pathfinder 2 last week, and you guys already have number 3?!

Reminds me (a little bit, at least) of Mignola, which is fine by me.
