My players beat the ever-living snot out of Malfeshnekor (A well placed glitterdust from the beguiler and a roll of a 2 for the save ensured that), but still have the treasury, howling hole, and tentamort's lair to explore. I want to give my 4th-level PCs a challenge, so I'm thinking about advancing the tentamort. Now the stats in Pathfinder don't list advancement and I was wondering when the thing got to be Large-size. Can anyone help me out?

Alternately... don't advance it. Give your PCs a chance to feel tough. That's one of the cool ways to reward them for surviving the tough battles, and it gives the players a good sense of advancement, empowerment, and all that.
There is that, which is why the Howling Hole and Treasury are staying where they are in terms of CR. However, my five member party has been tearing their way through the AP so far and I want to challenge them a bit more. Granted, when we start into P2, the gloves come off.
BTW, thanks for taking the time to answer the boards posts. I realize that many other threads have been extolled the virtues of this, but I haven't had the chance to chime in. It really is nice to see leaders in the industry actually interacting with their player base. Kudos and keep up the great work
