Dragon 359: Unsolved D&D Mysteries question

Dragon Magazine General Discussion

Two quick questions about this article.

Since it's attributed only to the Dungeon & Dragon staff, who authored the section about Tasha?

Why, unlike any of the other entries, was the following statement made?

"Until Expedition to the Ruins of Greyhawk, nothing more had been published in any official capacity..."

Is there perhaps something unofficial published on her that was seen as important to discredit?

The esteemed Doctor James Aristotle Jacobs.

That is for James to answer, for I know not.

Spoiler:

James isn't really a doctor and his middle name isn't really Aristotle. Those are inside jokes.

Is anyone planning on answering this?

I can answer it. The reference is to say that there have not been official write-ups of the character without claiming that no one had ever done anything with the character, which is obviously untrue.

It's not meant to invalidate anything.
