Similar question here.
I am tossing Sandpoint into my homebrew campaign setting. I don't think I'm going to push Burnt Offerings right away, though. I was wondering if there are specific plans (in future products) for a couple of key locations in Sandpoint: Chopper's Island, and the Old Light. I know my players will be unable to resist the lure of these two locations. If they are not going to be developed further, I will get to work on developing those locations myself.

The Old Light gets a little bit more detail in Pathfinder 4 and 5... at least, the dungeons below the Old Light do.
Nothing planned for Chopper's Isle, though. Although I do have a short story bumping around in my head about the place... it probably won't be the site of a game supplement anytime soon.

I'm going to start running a Pathfinder Chronicles game set in Sandpoint, but not using the Rise of the Runelords path. I'm going to transfer D0 and D1 to the location and will post the conversion, but I wanted to see what other people might be doing with Sandpoint and other pieces of Pathfinder.
I've made the suggest to many that D0 and D1, although officially take place on the other side of the world, could take place right in Varisia.
If you look at the map of the Varisian Gulf, there's an island on the western edge. I've suggested that the "Hollow Mountains" could be the "Falcon's Hollow Environs" seen in Hollow's Last Hope map (D0).
D0 and D1 could easily be the ended with a ferry boat ride over to Sandpoint. By putting D0 and D1 on that island you then can run the PCs into a Pathfinder adventure or put them on the path to Seven Swords (D2) which actually takes place in Varisia.
If you want to do a conversion, go ahead. IMHO, this is a nice little solution without a lot of work. :)
