I might be hooked on "Life". I thought the acting was good and I like the ongoing story + serial quality. I originally wanted to give it a go because I like the lead actor Damian Lewis (Winters in "Band of Brothers"). I've never seen Sarah Shahi before, but her credits list her in the Sopranos.
Oddly, though maybe I shouldn't be surprised because they did Battlestar Galactica, "Bionic Woman" might be a keeper. Again, it might be the acting and character writing more than anything, rather than actual story. Katee Sackhoff's character is pretty creepy.
Lastly, "Last Man Standing" on Discovery might be interesting. Haven't watched the first episode yet. Anyone see it?

Yes, "Life" is a great show to watch. Bionic Woman....I don't know. I still remember the original, plus 6 Million Dollar Man. Making a updated, trendy version sort of ruins it for me.
"Journeyman" is pretty cool too. It definitely has the "Quantum Leap" feel to it, but the whole setup of the premise reminds me of the RPG "Continuum".
And, as always, Heroes just ROCKS.
The only thing that erks me is that all these shows feel that they have to have the conspiracy angle. That is such an overused, and tired, plot device...

It's not new but I've recently become addicted to the 2nd season of Dexter on Showtime.
I have to agree with Timitius about Bionic Woman, I remember the original and can't make myself watch the "new & updated" version.
If you haven't had a chance to watch Chuck, do so, it's pretty good.
I've recorded Last One Standing & I usually can't stand "reality" TV but I'm enjoying this.

Heroes
Reaper (Definately shows signs of growing less episodic)
Pushing Daisies (If Heroes was not on, this would be my favorite show, period; hopefully they can keep the quirky fairy-tale atmosphere going)
Supernatural
Moonlight (this is currently on the edge; right now I could take it or leave it - it could get better or worse)
Doctor Who, when the new season starts
Torchwood, when Sci-Fi gets it (Assuming they will)

BBC America gets torchwood, if it's available in your area.

I'm not into serial killer films, but the TV show Dexter is pitch perfect. Huge highs and lows. Crack.
The Riches, its few weaknesses are rifle blasted in the face by its strengths.
Journeyman is better than average for its type (IMO)
Reaper as well
30 Rock has been great. The American version of The Office became good in its second year and it's another great show.
My Name is Earl has taken place in prison. Nice change of pace.
Carpoolers is a new show by Kids in the Hall alumnus Bruce McCulloch and its been getting funnier and funnier.

Life is awesome
I'm digging Moonlight for the campy-ness of it. It's my cheesy vamp show for now.
Heroes is just sweeet.
I have 6 eps of Bionic Woman to watch still, but life has been busy as of late... :)
...and of course, South Park (just picked up Season 10 for $15 at Target last week. They also had all the other seasons for $20 each, but I had to restrain my self to get the last 4 I needed...) ;)
