Dex Mod. to Damage

Is there a feat that allows a pc to add their dex mod. to damage, or a class ability that does this, beyond the elegant strike ability from The Champion of Corellon Larethian.

Swordsages can do it too. I think it's the first shadow hand feat. Which means a regular character can have it if they take a feat to get a shadow hand stance and stick with their weapons.

First thing that comes to mind is Dead Eye in the Dragon Compendium. It adds your Dex to damage with ranged attacks.

I think Crossbow Sniper from the PHB2 allows you to add it to crossbow damage, but I think it might only allow you to add half your Dex bonus. It also extends the range of Sneak Attack and Skirmish.

Are there any for melee?

Not that I can think of off hand, BUT, I can offer up a couple suggestions:

A) Make a new feat, requiring Weapon Finesse.

B) Make a House Rule that Weapon Finesse allows Dex to be applied to damage as well. I think this would put Weapon Finesse on the upper end of the scale as far as feat power goes, but I don't think it'd be particularly unbalanced. I'd also rule that this damage can't benefit from strength feats, like power attack.
