Pathfinder Adventure, Lost Omens, Rulebook, Starfinder Adventure Path, Starfinder Roleplaying Game Subscriber

I have recently been poring over my old Dragons looking through the Class Acts section. The thought occured to me that having all of this material in one book would be more convenient.

Is there any chance that you plan on packaging this material together into a some kind of release in the future?

That'd be up to WotC. THey own the copyright to anything printed in the magazine. Considering all the Class Acts stuff was 3.X, and WotC is on the process of switching to $e, I'd assume that no, they won't release a product like that.

What William said. The liklihood of Paizo producing any of our Dragon or Dungeon content in 3.x format is probably zero because of the edition change.

Anything that Fair Use in copyright law allows is, well, allowable. Beyond that, you'd have to ask Wizards—we can't speak on their behalf with regards to their intellectual properties.
