Missing Dungeon 150 in Canada

I still haven't received Dungeon 150 (or Dragon 358 or the 359 poster - but I've already sent that email). I'm hoping its not another Canada-wide screw-up.

I have, however, received my first copy of Pathfinder and am delighted with it.

Any chance of getting a replacement Dungeon 150 sent?
