So with my RotRL campaign, I in advertantly stated that even though Tsuto was taken to negative hit points, he did stabilize while off camera.
So now, I'm unsure of what to do with him. I'm fairly certain I'll keep him off camera for at least the rest of Burnt Offerings . . . but what about afterward? Re-Curring villain?
I'd assume he'll be in the sandpoint garrison jail at least until hemlock gets back with the new recruits, and then at some point will be shipped off to magnimar to stand trial for the goblin raid . . . . he could escape from custody at any point really . . .
Any suggestions?

Terribly bad form. It's just not cricket! Clearly he's meant to die, and provide plot assistance posthumously with his journals. Nice of him to draw naughty pictures of his demonic girlfriend.
What you do kind of depends on how much you want to fu*k with your players, and how soon.
He could escape before the players get to Thistletop, and put everyone on alert. This would make thistletop much more deadly.
Or, maybe he could try to "make up" with Ameiko? I suppose that's a bit of a stretch, considering he killed her dad (but not his!). But Ameiko might be willing to forgive if it becomes known that Lonjiku killed his wife / her mother.
But even if Ameiko forgives him, it's unlikely the rest of the town will. Anyone related to someone who suffered at the hands of the goblins would be happy to see him strung up. I'm not sure how much "frontier justice" you want in Sandpoint, but never discount the possibilty. It's all too common, even in modern times.
If he does get out of jail, there's probably going to be places you can slot him into the upcoming Skinsaw Murders. It's likely that he's had contact with them since Nualia knew them.
