On the Wizards website there is 3.0 to 3.5 converstion document.
Since the website got switched around I do not know if it is still there...
Hold on...

This is only a 3.0 to 3.5 conversion. I did not find anything else. Maybe others know more. There used to be something floating around to convert 2e characters to 3e. I might have something like that buried someplace on the computer but would have to dig deep.

I still have the booklet for updating 2E to 3E. It wasn't a science like the 3.0 to 3.5 conversion was. 2E to 3E was more like art; I remember it making many suggestions about what in 3E would best take the place of skills, proficiencies, etc, from 2E, but few if any direct analogs. I'm not sure that would be the quick fix he'd like or need.

There are so many differences that it would make it nearly impossible (as was discovered by the 'conversion' from 2nd edition to 3.0).
What specifically are you hoping to accomplish or get done?
I have seen some adventures from 1.0 converted to 3.5 how did they do it?

The hard way. :-)
My suggestion would be to find an adventure and ask people here what to do to convert specific creatures/parts. There is no science to conversion. Even levels don't really match up any more.

Conversion has to be done by hand - most mosters from 1e have been updated to 3.5 in one book or another. Use the updated information. When it comes to traps, things to overcome you will have to figure out the DC for that particular issue or trap (i.e., like jumping over a 15 foot hole in the ground, etc.) You probably have to convert any NPCs with player character levels by hand or if you have some good software like herolab to create characters you can just create the NPC there. You will have to make decisions about feats and skills that make sense for that character.
The converted adventures you have seen were worked in detail by someone and ususally also have added material.
