Customer Service


Not to discount anybody else, but I just recently received an order that had a mix up wherein I received an incorrect item instead of the item I ordered. I wrote to customer service; the reply wasn't quick but it was pleasantly surprising. Seeing the error in shipping was a real bummer but having it resolved easily is so refreshing I don't even care about the problem. I can understand that mistakes happen; bad attitudes and red tape in resolving them are the parts of this scenario I usually dread. I just wanted to say in a public forum that with a little patience and courtesy these folks really know how to treat their customers.

Plus the products I did receive are fantastic. I'm so pleased with my subscriptions. Thanks again.
