Oh I'm not a shifter. I'm using the shapeshifting variant in the PH2. I tried to be a shifter (they are my favorite race), but the DM said no since we aren't in Ebberon. I'm sayin my shapeshifted from looks like a lycan tho. I'm playing act like I'm wolfing out.

Natural spell is, of course, a given. And feats the center around spellcasting are fair game. I recall specifically that you want this character to be a back-up healer. Consider Spontaneous Healer from Complete Divine to give you the flexibility to heal when needed without having to tie up spell slots. Depending on your casting style, various metamagic feats may also be worthwhile.
If you like summoning, Augment Summoning is a good bet (note its prerequisite, spell focus (conjuration)).
Also, the way I read it, any normal combat feats will still be good choices while shape-shifted. If you're going for high dex (a good choice, since druids don't get much armor-wise), you might consider Weapon Finesse, since it can apply to all of those natural weapons you gain.
