You bring up a good point! Especially since I'm currently running "The Whispering Cairn" and plan to locate it near the Mushfens. The campaign is currently in Greyhawk, but I showed the RotRL players guide to my players and got all kinds of positive comments. I'm looking at moving it into Golarion by the end of this arc. Then branch out from there (I rarely stick to the adventure paths, just use what I like).
