When we placed initial orders with our distributor, we only had customer orders for a couple dozen copies; we tacked on a few extra, and that quantity came in our first shipment. But in the week or so before the release date, we had tons and tons of orders, so we had to place a reorder before the first order even arrived.
I think the first shipment went out, and the second is starting to go—at least, I know there have been giant stacks being signed in the conference room....
