what an excellent adventure! I generally like #95 but I really have to applaud this one. I was wary of a 'mature' adventure at first--this usually seems to mean unecessary gore and lewdness--but this one was fascinating--a Yuan-Ti cult in a brothel in a weird depraved city. I loved how the temple/brothel was done, and the early descriptions of Scuttlecove. What was wonderful about this and one thing I've always loved about Dungeon is that you can sometimes grab entire locations for your homebrew setting and have them fit in perfectly.
My players enjoyed it as well--the way that you enjoy a horror movie. Once you leave you're relieved and you hope it doesn't give you too many nightmares. They kind of wanted to burn the entire city to the ground and may just do that when eventually I run them through the Savage Tide.
Anyway excellent job all round on this one. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to run a good adventure with Yuan-Ti in a very rough and tumble kind of setting.
