Thank you dungeon magazine for getting my gaming group back together for the Age of Worms. We are almost done after close to 2 years of playing time. You gave all of us a reason to hang out once a week again and that is a gift you can't put a $$ value on. It was close to ten years that the group was dead, and then I saw the 1st issue of AoW at borders and dungeon immediately cast true rez on my gaming group. Thanks from all of us! You will be missed...
Hojas AKA Trent- DM and npc cleric
Spleef AKA Kevin- wizard
Garbok AKA Chris- fighter
Yu-Hai AKA Jesse- monk
Jezlo AKA Terry- ranger

I'm going to have to second this motion. Seriously, I hadn't even wanted to play D&D since a terribly dull experience at my college gamer's guild back in 2000, until five years later when I--purely by chance--stumbled across the timeless cover of Dungeon #124.
I picked it up, read it, thought about it, and realized that I wanted to DM again. After five years, I wanted to remember how to play. My buds were still playing full force, but I was able to bring this exciting story arc (once again, thanks Erik Mona) to the gaming table, and the lucky three players who put aside their sunday nights--soon becoming friday nights--to play it raved so vocally to the other players in the circle, that I've had to fight off players when the Savage Tide came around. (Had I not limited it to the six I have right now, I would, theoretically, have as much as nine or ten players. That's how much this spread like wildfire in my neck of the woods.)
Although the licensed magazines do not appear to be likely to be published by Paizo in the immediate future, I'm am even more eager to see the new line of products Paizo is offering. The GameMastery modules are roping me in, and Pathfinder #1 should be on the way to my door any day now. Seeing first-rate game developers working in what appears to be a more independent environment is a real blessing as well.
But mostly, thanks for providing an economic and high-quality magazine that will never collect dust for long on my shelves, and has entertained me till the last. Bravo!

Agreed! I can't wait to keep the group going for another 10 with the Paizo crew at the helm.
