As of 07-31-07 I still haven't received the copy of D0 I ordered. According to my emails it was ready to ship on 07-10. I already received my copy of D1 (order #762399)which I received the shipment email about on 07-13. D1 arrived back on Monday 07-23. They were both shipped USPS. Hope to hear back soon :)

Your package shipped from our warehouse on July 10th, via USPS. Your package should have arrived within 3-9 business days, but it could have encountered delays that the D1 package managed to avoid. It could also have been sent back to us, which could take an additional 3-11 business days to get back to us. At this point, that may be what happened.
We will definitely make sure that you get a copy of D0, but would like to make sure we know for sure what happened here. Please keep us posted on its arrival, and we will let you know immediately if it comes back to us!

Thanks for the reply Corey, just wanted to drop a line and also get a feel for the "wait and see" period. Tried calling last night but was about 4:45pm pacific timing and I got the "or we're feeding the kobolds" message :)
