Someone with the time to link it will likely come along soon, but if you simply check the pathfinder/paizo blog your answers should be answered somewhere on there. Also under either the pathfinder or rise of the runelords section of these forums, in there is a thread titled "Gods of Pathfinder" or some such name.

If you go to the Paizo Blog and scroll down until you see the RotRL #1 pdf preview, you can download a 2 (?) page spread from the actual product that includes a complete listing of the 20 "common" gods, their domains, alignments, and favored weapon.
