I very much like to draw logos, and I would do a logo for the site without worrying about an art trade or anything. I'd be happy just to see if I can get something I've drawn onto a website.
EDIT: I've drawn a rough draft of the logo. It's a DMG with a banner coming from it that reads "DM TOOLS" and under the banner are the words, "WHEN THE DMG JUST ISN'T ENOUGH!"
And then there are a few dice scattered around it.
If that sounds interesting to you, I'll see if I can put together a better copy of it and ink it and scan it.

House 2, actually. And that plumber was played by John "Cliff from Cheers" Ratzenburger.

I want to see a logo with a small, innocent-looking, girl holding a giant spiked mace behind her back.
Maybe she's standing at a table surrounded by monstrous players (dice, sheets, etc)...
But I can't draw much beyond stick figures, so someone else will have to put the idea in motion.

Here's a better outline of what I'm looking for:
1.) No usage of "recognizable" books (like the DMG), particularly in light of the fact that I'm trying to expand the site beyond the WotC book lineup.
2.) Usage of a d20 (the dice) in the logo.
3.) Something representing the tool-like nature of the site (the aforementioned hammer, wand, scimitar, etc. are great ideas).
4.) Clean image. What I mean by this is something I can put on a t-shirt or business card and still have the image be clear no matter what size it's at.

Duh. I should have thought about that point. I suppose it might be best just to leave copyrighted books out of the image altogether. Just in case.
Well I'll come up with something better maybe.
