Scroll of Remove Fear costs 50gp?

I had never noticed this before, but the scroll tables in the DMG (and SRD) have Remove Fear (CL1) scroll listed as 50gp. The typical price for a CL1 1st level spell with no material componenet is 25gp. The player asked me why it was more expensive and I haven't been able to come up with an answer. Does anyone know why?

PS: I haven't checked the errata, but since it's listed for 50gp in the SRD...

The 1st-level divine scroll is 25 gp. The 1st-level arcane scroll is 50 gp because it's a bard spell; a bard needs to be 2nd level to cast 1st-level spells.

Nah, I was just pointing out a distinction that sneaks past a lot of people (including authors and editors of WotC and Paizo adventures). It wasn't a jab. Plus, some of the prices in those tables are wrong, so it's good to double-check your understanding.
