I don't have my old Dragons and Dungeons handy, but I could have sworn that in one that she is described as a Night Hag in human disguise. However, in the latest episode of the Savage Tide, she is simply described as a human. Is my memory faulty?
Until Dungeon #149, a stat block had never been published for Iggwilv. Everything that had been written about her was flavor text, for the most part. I seem to remember the bit that supposed she was a disguised night hag as well, but there are FAR more references to her as a human. But the proof is in her and Graz'zt's son, Iuz. He's called, many times, a cambion, and a cambion is always the offspring of a male demon and a human. So that pretty much makes Iggwilv a human.
