Wormcaller Mini?

I am running the Spire of Long Shadows right now and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for a miniature to represent wormcallers?

I missed this issue, so I don't have a write-up or description of the Wormcaller. Can you provide?

Perhaps the Marlith or Mezzaloth would be an appropriate stand in? Stormrage Shambler possibly too.

I've been using undying soldiers from Deathknell. They don't look all that much like the art, but I like the armor and the look of the corpse.

From what I gathered in the ether, "they are shriveled, zombie-like undead creatures, still wrapped in decayed finery of a forgotten age. They are intelligent, magic wielding foes".

I dig the Worm Corpse from Reaper's Dark Heaven line. It's got the decayed finery and the Kyuss association is readily apparent.

Gah, I was mixing up the harbinger for the wormcaller.

Karnathi Zombies is was I am using.

I tried to match up the pic of the wormcaller with a mini in a similar pose. I used the hunched over orc skeleton as my wormcaller. For the Harbinger, I used a Thri-kreen barbarian...the only multi-armed buggy looking mini I have.

I too used the Orc Skeleton for the Wormcallers and a Thri-Kreen Barbarian for the Harbinger.

Thanks, RedRobe. I think the orc skeleton will work fine. And a good idea on the Harbinger as well. They should be encountering their first Wormcaller next session and I am looking forward to it.

I mainly used undying soldiers as well. Pretty close fit in spirit, I figured. The pose is fairly reminscent of the terror wight, as another option.
