Can't seem to personalize Tu'narath City Guide PDF

I have owned this for awhile and can't remember if I ever downloaded it, went to download it after recent purchase and it won't personalize the file ie I can't download it either.

Also on a side bar what will happen with the pdfs after the transition will I still have them availible for download as long as I have this account or what?

You'll be able to have your PDFs as long as you have your account.
